Fukushima(then)Now_After
Over nearly a decade, I returned to the same locations within Fukushima’s radiated zones to document the slow transformation of places marked by the 2011 nuclear disaster. By layering photographs taken years apart, each image becomes a quiet study of time, absence, and resilience—capturing how landscapes change, endure, or are forgotten.

Elementary School
An abandoned elementary school within the radiation zone — slowly overtaken by nature, its human traces suspended between memory and disappearance. In the end, the site is reclaimed by humanity, leaving no visible sign of what once was.
